Featuring our: Gravenstein Apple Syrup
Get out your cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake together:
1/2 oz Gravenstein Apple Syrup
1 oz St. Germain Elderflower Liquer
Strain into champagne flute or coupe (or an empty jam jar, of course)
Top with California Brut Sparkling Wine or Cava (approximately 2 oz)
Garnish with a lemon curl or apple peel if you're feeling that fancy.
