This sauce from the spice markets of Morocco brings excitement back into everyday meals. In our version, local tomatoes and ripe red peppers are spiced with cumin and a touch of chile peppers.
Mix into a salad of garbanzo beans and feta cheese, use as a base for roast lamb, or serve with brunch-time eggs (as its traditionally served).
